We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Pricing & Demand Strategy - Team Lead (Marketing) to join our fun, professional and dedicated Marketing based here in Hong Kong. The Marketing Department drives the growth and marketing strategies at foodpanda HK, with the aim of painting the city pink and bringing foodpanda to be the no. 1 food and grocery delivery platform. Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Drive pricing, demand and incentives strategies with various stakeholders with the objectives of growth and profitability
  • Optimize growth and unit economics across channels through A/B testing, ROI analysis, and experimental campaign designs 
  • Identify, build and implement customer segmentation strategies focused on conversion and marketing ROI
  • Stay up-to-date and evaluate on all changes and performances impacting demand growth and unit economics, to promptly manoeuvre our strategies and pricing set up 
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative insights, including key inputs and reporting, monitoring growth trends and measuring different marketing ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with Food and Grocery vertical Marketing, Commercials, Operations, Strategy and Planning teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Hungry to make a difference
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset that is willing to build things from the ground up
  • Holder of a recognised degree in business, marketing or related areas
  • Minimum 6 years work experience in the business field. Experience in e-commerce / pricing / analytics / consultancy will be a definite advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, fast learner of new tools; knowledge of analytical toolkit - SQL, Python, R are a plus.
  • Creative and organised team player with a good sense of the market
  • Sociable character with collaborative and positive attitude towards new challenges
  • Meticulous project management skills with attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Cantonese
  • Experience with data analysis is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
