Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all written communications, including electronic and print communications with staff, contributions to company publications, newsletters, annual reports, speeches, marketing materials, intranet, websites and client/community engagement communications
• Coordinate with cross functional groups to gather and disseminate relevant information to both internal and external customers (media, industry contacts, employees, shareholders)
• Plan and direct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the company
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and regional media representatives
• Define and execute plan that provides opportunity for the senior executives and business units to participate in key public or industry forums
• Design and execute CSR programs in accordance with the company’s four areas of focus

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Communications or PR disciplines
• At least 6 years' relevant experience preferable with 3 years working experience in PR agency
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills mandatory
• Be comfortable interacting with all levels of employees
• Result oriented, self-motivated, able to exceed expectations
• Dynamic, outgoing, pleasant and people oriented personality
• Flexibility, adaptability, honesty and integrity
