Key Responsibilities：

• Collect documents from clients within deadline
• Review and cross check the documents to ensure materials complying with the immigration requirements
• Understand background and eligibility of clients and provide professional advices
• Coordinate and communicate with different parties including immigration departments, lawyers, translation company etc.,
• Submit documents in professional and accurate manner
• Deliver customer service in high quality
• Support team members

 Requirements:

• Form 5/ DSE or above, Diploma or above will be an advantage
• 1 year or above experiences in any segment of customer services immigration consultancy experience will be an advantage
• Pleasant, Proactive, Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Strong phones or social media contact handling skills and active listening
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good at Putonghua pinyin 
• Native Mandarin speaking is a plus
• Strong attention to accuracy, details, responsible and hardworking
• Good organizing skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Good team player
• Strong in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel oversea, including PRC and other countries
• Immediately available is highly preferred
