Our Property Management Company is now looking for high caliber candidates for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager in handling all management and operation matters.
• To assist the procurement of services and materials
• To compliance of statutory requirements    
• To coordinate with leasing team and/or consultants on tenancy issues 
• To serve tenants, owners and residents on all property management issues
• To supervise the front line security and cleaning staff
• To assist in staff management, monitor clerical record keeping and outstanding payment

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with Property Management or related discipline in advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management supervising experience 
• Holder of PMP (Tier 2) License
• Good command of both spoken Chinese and English
