Responsibilities

- Oversee full spectrum of property and facilities management at Noah’s Ark

- Manage all aspects of property management service delivery including all operations / renovation and facilities management, follow up daily building defects, support ad hoc projects

- Carry out operational duties to ensure all guests can enjoy the Park facilities in a pleasant and safe environment

- To assist the Manager to apply and renew various building licenses and permits

- Manage outsourcing service contractors including security guards, cleaners, gardeners etc.

- Assist the Manager to supervise customer service team to maintain a high level of customer services

Requirements

- Certificate/ Diploma or above in Real Estates / Property / Housing Management or related disciplines

- Holder of the Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1 or 2) will be an advantage

- 2 to 5 years relevant experience in a similar position

- Reliable, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

- Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word processing

- Shift duties and work in weekends and public holidays are required
