Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of site management staff to provide efficient operations
• Prepare and monitor annual management budget and expenses
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure service quality
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• Member of RICS/HKIS/CIH/HKIH/CABE
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner Licence preferred
• 5 years of experience in property management or above, with at least 2 years of which at supervisory level, experience in building renovation project preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
• Proficiency in Building Management Ordinance, DMC, etc.
• Candidates with higher qualifications or better experience may be considered for the post of Property Manager
