Our client is an esteemed property developer with a diversified real estate portfolio assets under its belt. Due to their latest progressive expansion plan, they are seeking for a Senior / Leasing Officer to join their team in Hong Kong overseeing their Office & Industrial portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Execute business development initiatives in identifying potential clients
• Support planning and implementation of leasing strategies and tenant mix
• Formulate and implement strategies, target prospective tenants with creative concepts
• Monitor and keep abreast of market conditions and trends
• Prospecting/leasing of spaces and conduct viewing of available spaces
• Prepare annual rental budget and projection and monthly reporting
• Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants
• Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Real Estate / Business / Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office / industrial leasing, experience gained from working with landlords, developers, PERE or consultancy practices would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese
