Requirement:

• Diploma in Property Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
• Experience in Grade A Retail and/or Commercial Property is a must
• Holder of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License is preferred
• Proficient in Building Management Ordinance, DMC and/or related ordinances
• Service oriented and self-motivated
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Key Responsibility:

• Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with tenants & customers
• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality service are provided as required
• Attend regular meetings and prepare management / financial reports
• Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams
• Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information / activities and resolve problems arising from tenants & customers
• Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
