Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole leasing procedures conducted by the team
• Conduct in-depth site analysis, market research and cost benchmarking for lease renewal and new lease evaluation
• Plan and execute result-driven sales and marketing strategies
• Handle budget planning and rental forecast
• Monitor performance of vendors, liaises with internal parties to ensure projects deliverable are meet with company requirements and timelines
• Maintain and enhance the relationship with business partners, including but not limited to property developers, landlords and other related parties to comply with relevant regulations and legal formalities
• Supervise the leasing team to implement leasing plan and strategies for the Retail Porfolio

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property / Facility Management, Surveying or related disciplines
• Over 5 years working experience in Hong Kong real estate, commercial or retail leasing
• Strong team building sense in working as a team culture
• Experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is highly preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate candidate is highly preferred
