Job Description

Responsibilities:
1.Manage manage sales agency companies and advertising planning companies, and connect with the media, ability to expand sales channels
2.Manage sales brochure production of the Group’s properties and ensure the project brochure is updated to comply with relevant legislation and regulations

4.Ensure all sales and marketing materials including but not limited to materials for show flat, marketing and sales operation & arrangements are in compliance with the constantly changing sales related legislations and regulations
5.In charge of formulation of sales documents, including but not limited to PASP, SA, price list, tender documents, declarations, side letters, etc
6.Ensure all sales activities are complied with the requirements from The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
7.Handle enquires any queries from relevant authorities, including Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority and Estate Agents Authority
8.Handle complaints from prospective purchasers regarding sales matters
9.Keep abreast of market information, manage property management service teams • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing and economic management
2. Minimum 3 years’ related work experience in sales and marketing in property developer
3. Familiar with the knowledge, skills and methods of marketing, market research, business negotiation, contract management, customer relationship management, etc.
4. Familiar with the professional integrated marketing of real estate and the marketing planning process of real estate projects, understand the real estate market, and be sensitive to the economic policies of Hong Kong's real estate
5. Have good planning ability, communication ability, organization and coordination ability; have good motivation ability, learning ability and innovation ability.
