Responsibilities 

• Provide high quality of pre-sale and post-sale services to clients 
• Provide professional consulting services to clients 
• Develop & maintain relationship with customers 
• Discover potential clients and market 
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentation and leasing particulars 
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities 
• Support ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements  

• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) 
• A good team-player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Works well under pressure, highly motivated to outreach goals and targets 
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
