Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Officer to oversee the on-site facilities management of a shopping mall.
• Responsible for supervision of technicians and contractors on on-site daily operation, facilities maintenance and repair works and building services systems.
• Centralize order requests and ensure fairness and appropriateness of job allocation for technicians.
• Prepare regular reports on daily maintenance schedule, emergency call out activities and inventory level of equipment to the Maintenance Officer for a comprehensive control of on-site work and further analysis.
• Handle tenants’ enquires, complains and requests in a professional manner.
• May attend 24-hour emergency calls on all facilities related issues.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.

• 執行並分派駐場技工處理商場保養及維修工作
• 領導處理現場的緊急維修事故
• 整理現場保養及維修資料，定期向維修主任匯報
• 負責駐場技工的輪班編制
• 執行上司指派之工作

• Certificate or above, in M&E, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with 2 years at supervisory level.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above and Safety Green Card.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility.
• Immediate available is preferred.

• 持機電維修工程文憑或證書
• 5年或以上大廈保養及維修工作經驗，2年以上管理下屬經驗者優先
• 持有效電工B牌或以上及平安咭
• 懂電腦操作及中文輸入法
• 須輪班工作
