Our client is a top-tier listed real estate developer with multiple residential and commercial developments. They are seeking for a Senior Project Officer to work on their retail / commercial projects in Hong Kong.

Senior Project Officer

Duties:

• Assist Property Manager in supervising the building operations team and provide guidance to the building staff on daily works
• Assist in monitoring building management's daily operations
• Maintain a good relationship with tenants 
• Assist in data analysis, regular report
• Handle daily enquiries, complaints, and requests 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Property Management or Housing Management or Real Estates or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in property management (commercial / retail)
• Familiar in Building Management Ordinance, Property Management Services Ordinance, Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant and/or other related Ordinances
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Property Officer"
