Client Information:

Our client is a well-established developer in Hong Kong with diversified real estate assets in Hong Kong (including retail, commercial as well as residential properties). Recently they're hiring for the position of Director of Leasing/Head of Leasing Department to manage the leasing department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the department's operation and drive the team member's performance
• Maintain and increase the portfolio's occupation rate
• Responsible for handling the asset enhancement project for the current company's portfolios.
• Plan and implement end-to-end leasing strategy and yearly business plan of leasing matter to cope with the vision and target of the Company.
• Prepare reports for the senior management's review
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 - 20 years' relevant working experience preferably gained from property developers or asset management firms.
• A candidate with MRICS/MHKIS would be preferred
• Good presentation skills
• Self-motivated and good management skillset.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
