Responsibilities:

• Develop close relationships with existing & potential tenants
• Handling daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy issues including renewal tenancies, perform
• leasing and marketing activities undertake leasing negotiation
• Handle the leasing administration include all the reports, offer letters, TAs, license agreements and related documents
• Conducting market research, analyzing data and compiling report and assist credit control
• Carry out ad-hoc matter

Job Requirement:

• Degree or above in Business / Hospitality / Tourism or related discipline
• Minimum5years or above experience in Leasing of relevant experience
• Strong organization and numerical skills and attentive to details
• Self-motivated, outgoing personality with good negotiation & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and willing to work under pressure
• Previous exposure of retail leasing and legal documents are preferred; Proficiency in MSWord, Excel & Powerpoint
• Good command in both English & Chinese
