Job Description
Our client is a family office with large existing portfolios in Hong Kong. We are representing them to look for a (Senior) Project Officer – A&A / renovation projects to join their well establish team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Strategic & master layout planning, overall project management
- Manage internal & external stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution
- Review Tender Document and Statutory Submission
- Station in Hong Kong
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in Hong Kong Projects, previous exposure to A&A and new development projects is preferred
- Familiar with property projects from the conceptual stage to completion stage
- Candidates from Developer/Contractor/Consultancy are welcome
