Job Description
- Formulate and execute sales and distribution strategies to ensure achievement of major parameters in the annual sales plan
- Conduct annual exercise on budgeting, pricing, new product launch, trade promotion fund allocation
- Cultivate positive business relationship to foster mutual benefits, participate store operations meeting to maximize the impact of our major programs
- Monitor account profitability and trade spend against budget
- Identify new business and channel opportunities
- Bachelor degree holder or above
- At least 5 years of relevant Key Account / Trade Marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Multichannel experience in Supermarkets, Convenience Stores and Drug Chain is a definite advantage
- Good knowledge of general retail market and KA customers
- Pay attention to details, strong communication and negotiation skill, creative, analytical and able to work under pressure
