Your tasks:

• Follow up daily Airfreight export shipment with overseas branches / agents closely;
• Provide efficiency and high quality of service to internal and external customers;
• Follow up flight information and related documents with all parties concerned;
• Operating system update in relating to assigned customer booking
• Achieve client satisfaction and build relationships with customers;
• Ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s SOPs;

Your Profile:

• Diploma or above with at least 2 year experience in airfreight industry is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS office applications;
• Hands on experience and knowledge of CargoWise ;
• Able to work Independently, mature and hardworking;
• Proficiency in written & spoken English & Mandarin
• Short notice is preferable
