Job Description
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Focus to generate new businesses and expand customer base
- Develop solid pipelines in eCommerce or Hi-tech Vertical Industries
- Lead Intra-Asia trade lane development on both Air and Sea products
- Collaborate with product heads and Intra-Asia counterparts to pursue sales strategies, target lists and volume goals etc. for all field sales
- Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns based on local and regional resources
- Maintain long lasting relationship with clients
- Keep abreast to the market trends and reflect to the management
- Develop short and long-term business plans based on customer’s strategic and stretch goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of business development experience within logistics industries
- Strong knowledge on eCommerce and Intra-Asia trade lane development is an advantage
- Direct sales experience
- Ability to work in a Multi-National Corporation
- Ability to motivate sales team in a collaborative style
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-disciplined and strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
