Responsibilities

• Participate school direct sales operation from liaison with customer, processing planning and execution to after-sales service

• Perform daily operations including order processing, handling customers enquiries and compiling sales reports/analysis
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure quality customer service to clients via phone call, email, and instant messaging professionally and promptly
• Report customers’ feedback and suggest constructive ideas to senior management for service improvement
• Work closely with internal departments and external parties to ensure the operational efficiency
• Maintain good service quality and business relationship with supplies & customers
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above

• People-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 2-3 years working experience (Retail or FMCG field is preferable)
• Good in multi-tasking, self-motivated and well organized
• Proficient in computer literacy
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
• Strong numerical analysis
• Work well under pressure and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
