Job Description:                 

  • Assist the Key Account Officer in maintaining the premium accounts 
  • Prepare bookings and documentation set for air freight shipment, customs, etc
  • Liaise with internal and external customer to ensure running smooth shipment’s operation ability to communicate with different levels within the organization
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
  • Compile reports and realistic forecasts for the Management team

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary graduate or above
  • 2 year or above Sales administration or customer service experience.
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Key Account Officer
  • Solid working experience with Multinational companies will be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and presentable, ability to work under pressure
  • Good in computer application, especially in MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Responsible, Meticulous, Eager to learn
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
