• Supervise and monitor a team of meter readers to provide meter reading service for Commercial, Industries and Residential Customers;
• Plan and implement the meter reading schedule and route in the system to ensure the efficiency and completeness of meter reading arrangement;
• Assign daily work schedule to meter readers and lead the team to achieve the performance target;
• Provide guidance, support and assistance to meter readers and ensure their knowledge and skills are adequate for daily operations; 
• Perform on-site review and follow on abnormal meter reading records
• Handle customers enquiries and disputes arising from meter reading taken by meter readers;
• Prepare monthly reports and handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Higher Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years’ experiences at supervisory level in customer services focus;
• Holder of valid driving license Class 1,2,3;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented with good communication skills;
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills with analytical mind-set;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
