Responsibilities

• Perform day to day operations of the personal loan application verification processing in compliance with relevant policies, guidelines and procedures
• Conduct customer due diligence review on personal loan applicants and provide support of overall activities related to loan origination
• Handle enquiries received through all channels and assist with troubleshooting
• Support marketing operations
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements

• Higher diploma or above
• At least 1 year’ working experience in operation / marketing area preferred but not a must
• Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Good communication skills, presentable, result and detail oriented
• Can work independently and be self-motivated 
• Immediately available or short notice preferred
