Customer Services Officer
職責：於服務台當值，解答客戶查詢及協助商場的推廣活動
Responsibilities: Manage Customer Service Desk's daily operations, answering enquiries and help in promotional activities in the mall

Customer Relationship Officer
職責︰負責商場推廣活動和處理商場會員服務的日常運營，處理客戶的詢問和要求
Responsibilities: Support marketing and promotional activities and the daily operation of the mall’s membership services, and handle customers’ enquiries and requests

工作地點︰尖沙咀甲級商場
Working Location: Luxury mall in Tsim Sha Tsui
