Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administration to both office and beauty center, such as policies & procedures formulation, office security & safety, etc.
  • Support daily operations of inventory management, stock replenishment of drugs/medicines including ordering, receipt of drugs, stock allocation & logistics arrangements to clinics, record keeping
  • Assist in the procurement of medicine and medical supplies for clinic chains
  • Liaison with internal and external parties for procurement, replenishment and equipment maintenance
  • Keep track of quantity and quality of ordering, delivery dates and price
  • Prepare reports & analysis on inventory & cost calculations
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above administrative experience, preferably in retail/beauty/pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in handling procurement of medicine/drugs/equipment or/and medicine dispensing, pharmacy, clinic operation is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and numeric sensitive
  • Flexible, good interpersonal skill and adaptable to fast pace environment
  • Proficient in MS office application.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
