Responsibilities: 

• Manage and monitor all stores in HK/MC on daily store operations, inventory, staffing and training the team
• Regularly analyze sales reports and data to cater the business needs and formulate the strategic plan to achieve sales performance
• Cope with the group policy and procedures for the retail store operations
• Maintain regular store visits and build good relationship with retail store team 
• Monitor and maintain the highest levels of customer service are always achievable
• Work closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop sales promotion plan

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 8 years’ operations experience of which 3 years or above at Managerial level in retail industry, preferably from fashion retails
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen 
• Detail minded, flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills with ability to develop policies and procedure
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
