The Job

• Station in client’s office and assist client’s on report approvals
• Follow up e-mail and / or phone calls enquiry which related report approvals
• Consolidate information from clients for the requests on results acceptance
• Communicate with clients to solve question about testing
• Work with internal staffs to follow up report issues

The Person

• At least 2 years’ experience of clients communication in product testing/manufacturing/ mechanical aspect
• Working experience in commercial testing laboratory / in house testing laboratory will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Independent and well-organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered for the position of Assistant Testing Specialist
