Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Duties (e.g., typical tasks / activities of the role)

1. Consistently monitor emails and respond in a timely and professional manner to assigned Customer and SGL network in order to provide full visibility to assigned Customer
2. Coordinate with cross functional teams, overseas networks and liaise with the assigned customers appointed partners if any
3. Handle daily operational work and documentation including follow-up order enquiry and validation of information / data / pricing with internal and external stakeholders
4. Drive service delivery alignment with KPI
5. Monitor and liaise with Operations within SGL networks to ensure compliance of SOP to prevent / mitigate service failure
6. Monitor the Data Quality performance of the whole network for the assigned Customer
7. Produce reports on a regular basis to manage performance and business trend
8. Ensure the shipment data integrity and accuracy of invoicing
9. Review current and setup new procedures for continuous improvements
10. Troubleshoot data with technical issues and ensure accountability for resolution

Qualification and education level required:

1. Excellent with MS Excel in creating pivot tables and charts for reports and data analysis
2. Knowledge of axsFreight/AS400, CargoWise and other Visibility Tools is an advantage
3. Good command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage. 

Working Experience required:

1. With relevant 3-5 years experiences in Customer Services or Sales Support experiences in International Air and Sea Freight Forwarding
2. Knowledge of USA and Fashion/Retail Market is an added advantage
