• Assist the supervisor to ensure that trading transactions, documentation and relevant procedures of the business divisions are in comply with international trade compliance as well as company’s internal rules and regulations.
• Ensure that business divisions apply for import/export declaration, license, insurance etc. on time.
• Conduct physical inventory inspection of warehouses in Hong Kong, Mainland China or other locations.

• Provide consultation and advice to business divisions on solutions to the logistics matters by closely working with logistics/insurance partners.
• Provide the latest information on relevant regulations and policies to business divisions.
• Assist to prepare the trainings materials on trade compliance issues, customs clearance, marine insurance, shipping and logistics issues.
• Assist business divisions on the application of global certificates (e.g. LEI, ISO).

• Assist to prepare monthly reports about monitoring and control status, issues and solutions provided.
• Review and update internal rules and regulations.
• Assist to review and circulate internal applications (e.g. entertainment expenses, Ringi application) in accordance with company’s internal rules and regulations.

• Optimize internal procedures by utilizing IT systems or software.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge and understanding of regulations related to trade compliance and HKSAR Govt.’s logistics-related platform systems, and experience to apply them in daily business operations
• Able to work well with deadlines, effectively prioritize and execute tasks under a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good team player while an independent thinker
• Able to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and planning ability
• Positive, responsible, self-motivated, proactive & energetic, business-minded

• Fluent in Cantonese and English and Business level Mandarin
• Proficient with Microsoft Office incl. Word, Excel and Power Point or related software
• Around 1-2 years relevant experience in logistics management / supply chain management / compliance management
