Responsibilities

• Support and assist daily operation including order processing with SAP system;
• Co-ordinate delivery arrangement and other logistic duties;
• Follow up Modern Trade account;
• Update delivery record and filing;
• Responsible for general clerical work and data entry;
• Provide customer service with internal and external parties;
• Update inventory records;
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• DSE or above; 
• 1-year relevant working experience is preferable;
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Proficient in Excel, MS word and Chinese processing;
• Ability to be adaptable, self-motivated and detail-minded;
• Willing to learn and work overtime.
