Job Responsibilities:

Lead commercial support function to meet company standard:
1, Contract management
- Review export contract terms according to company policies & SOPs
2,Order processing
- Process orders, including enter sales order or convert CRM order into SAP.
- Verify payment and L/C terms
- arrange deliveries, by air, sea, truck, courier, communicating with customers about order status and shipping details
- Full set of shipping documents, including Proforma Invoice, Sales Orders, Bill of Lading, Packing Lists & Invoices, insurance, export declaration
- Work with forwarder and coordination with transportation for pickup
- Regularly track inventory levels to ensure that orders are filled accurately and efficiently, and coordinate with customers and internal functions (Sales, Finance and Operations etc) to ensure smooth fulfillment
- Prepare purchase orders and contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries
3, Reporting
- Provide various order reports to sales teams, Finance etc regularly
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests
4, Any ad-hoc duties by department head
-Perform general administrative tasks linked to the import and export

Education and Language Skills Required:
1,College Degree or above, preferably in International trade or logistics
2,Good Mandarin and English

Experience & Special Skills Required：
1, 2 years experience in Supply Chain;
2, Advanced MS office, Chinese and English typing skills
3, Poficiency in CRM & SAP system
4, International logistics experience will be a plus
