Job Duties

• Handle shipment schedule, booking, customer requirements and coordinate with factory(s) on shipping documents
• Handle full set of I/E and L/C documents independently.
• Efficient, initiative, detailed mind and work under pressure.
• knowledge of Tradelink declaration process.

• Form 5 / DSE or above.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in Shipping and Logistics field.
• Fair command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
• Familiar with PC knowledge in MS Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong sense of responsible, reliable and a desire to drive excellent work.
• More experience will be considerate as Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
