Job Description
Our client is a sizable company with good company benefit and stable working environment. To cope with their business needs, they are sincerely inviting high caliber candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and control the cargo
- Data entry in system and reply email in English
- Communicate with internal departments and external parties
- Handle customer's enquries and solve problem
- Form 5 / DSE level
- 1 - 2 years' working experience in Air logistic Company Or Airline Company is A MUST
- Past Experience of performing overnight shift is A MUST
- Welcome candidates who has past experience from Terminal / Airport Control Tower / Air Logistic Company / Airline Company
- Diploma or certificate holder in Logistic is preferred
- Candidate with Customer Service experience is preferred
- Candidate with solid experience in planning is preferred
- Good Chinese typing and English typing
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Bonus
- Medial (outpatient & hospitalization, cover spouse and kids)
- Company will contribute 10% for MPF after 5 years' service
- Life insurance
- OT pay
- Overnight Shift allowance
- Free Shuttle Bus
- Close to MTR station (5 minutes walk)
