• To develop, manage and deliver all training programs to the staff in the Ramp Services Department
• Conduct new joiner Induction Training
• Develop Ramp Services Department’s related training materials
• Organize on the job training programme for new staff (mentor-shadow training programme)
• Continuously assess new and existing staff members for appraisal purposes
• Develop ad-hoc training as and when required
• Develop and deliver training for newly promoted staff
• Keep abreast with industry changes and challenges and update training materials accordingly
• Coach and develop all levels of RAMP staff and provide re-current training
• Maintain up-to-date staff training records
• To comply with all regulations and requirements with regards to health, safety and security set by the Company and relevant authorities while on duty
• Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company

• Associate Degree or above
• Minimum 1-2 years of job-related experience required
• Knowledge of PC and airline DCS is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
• High understanding of ramp environment, procedures and processes
• Good time management and ability to priorities multiple tasks
• Initiative, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer-relations skills
• Act and respond to critical/emergency situations
• Strong anticipation and planning
