APAC Graduate Trainee 2022 - Sales

Our Graduate Trainee Program is a 2-year program, starting in early July, that provides you with a unique career opportunity for job rotation/enrichment, comprehensive learning and development through Smith University, mentorship, and career progression. You will gain exposures and knowledge of our business industry, trading operations, internal systems and valuable skillsets to further become an industry professional.

Program Highlights:

  • Introduction to Smith & Associates business model, organizational structure, trading operations, sales processes, internal CRM and supply chain systems.
  • Participate in various projects for Trading, Research, Operations and Data Management
  • On-the-job training and mentorship activities to accelerate your growth and development and opportunities to travel to our key offices across the globe

The Trainee Role:

  • Develop and identify potential customers and vendors.
  • Conduct diligent research and approach prospecting customers by using the internet, other tools and making calls.
  • Handle daily communication and provide excellent client services to new and existing customers.
  • Provide sales & administrative support to existing customers.
  • Develop and keep track of in-depth knowledge for electronics components and market trading trends.
  • Participate and assist in ad hoc projects.

  • Fresh Graduates: Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
  • Result oriented: A clear focus on the results, with the ability to approach and tackle problem with actionable solutions.
