Responsibilities   

• Monitor service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance 
• Keep good relationships with vendors and monitor construction progress and performance
• Work with customer’s appointed designers on renovations
• Control work orders and tenant communication.
• Assign tasks to workers
• Plan and execute the company’s annual maintenance plan.
• Handle payments for contractors
• Monitor safety and health compliance.
• Assist in evaluation of quotation or tender
• Handle property surveys
• Provide report for the projects

 Requirements 

• High Diploma in Building Services
• Good knowledge and understanding of Electrical and Mechanical
•  Able to speak fair English and good Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
•  Able to work independently
• Knowledge of the residential building Or remodel construction industry preferred
• 5 - 8 years’ relevant work experience in Building Service Or in renovation areas
• Proficient in Word and Excel
