• Formulate IT policies and procedures based on Group’s governance and client’s requirement
• Plan and executive IT projects from budgeting, installation, user training to system and software maintenance
• Deploy Group’s IT initiatives and policies to HK
• Work with the team to research best practice, technologies new solutions from broader industry to develop new ideas and initiatives for cost efficiency and market differentiation
• Deliver a consistent, engaging and appropriate standardised experience for business and site teams in the delivery of business transformation initiatives
• Lead, own and be responsible for the implementation and delivery of certain initiatives, as required
• Lead the team to provide IT solution to Hong Kong operations and business units
• Provide on-going support and maintenance of IT applications to ensure service stability and availability
• Assist in feasibility study and implementation to enhance services standard by new IT trend
• Coordinate with vendors for IT projects delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant programing, operational and change management roles
• Experience in a hospitality or retail industry is an advantage
• Experience in delivery of rapid and transformational cost reduction and change management
• Prior experience in delivery of business transformational strategies, best practice, and associated initiatives
• Sound knowledge in vendor management and Cyber Security
• Demonstrated facilitation skills, coaching and leadership capabilities
• Mature, detail-minded, and able to work independent
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both English and Chinese
