PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

The IT Specialist will be responsible to assist the IT Manager for setup and maintenance for whole IT infrastructure in office and shops as well. This person will provide service support to both back office and stores.

Will work very close with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and HR in order to tailor IT tools according to their business needs. 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with HQ IT Department, system development and new tools in HKIA and back office
• Strictly follows IT policies, standards & contingency plan to reduce business risk
• Assist to setup new technologies/systems to support the business strategy of the company
• Provide quality service to end users in system implementation & training and post-installation support

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
• 3 years all-round IT management experience in retail business
• Concrete experience in a similar industry, knowledge in POS, web and mobile applications and digital touchpoints in store
• Experience in IT helpdesk support, printer and server setup and maintenance in office
• Experience in new application launch, operation and system implementation & integration management
• Strong IT up-to-date mindset with ability to bring in and drive new technologies
• Experience in development of e-commerce is an advantage
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Fluent in English is an advantage
