Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Hands-on AV, Office IoT, Server and Network change and services requests
Network monitoring and network operation center management
Prepare technical design, documentation. Liaise with vendor/supplier to setup IT infrastructure
Administration, monitor, maintain and optimize VMware, Server, SAN, WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi networks for optimal performance and maximum availability
Ensure all devices (Server, SAN, routers, switches, load balancers, WiFi controllers) & Firewalls remain in good working condition
Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues within server, network and security areas, including performance and capacity issues
Taking the lead in updating & documenting all hardware configuration, firmware, network diagrams and all cabling for End-Devices
IT Project technical support, consultancy and infrastructure design
Provide technical support and consultation, conduct procurement and perform project management activities for enhancement and the change in server, network and security configuration
Define processes to manage the IT infrastructure
Identify and drive service improvement initiatives to improve overall network operation quality and productivity
Respond promptly to incident, root cause analysis & provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated
Onsite technical support for site office and public event

Requirements

University degree preferably in Computing Science or relevant discipline
Certificate holders CCNA and CCNP, HCIE, H3CNA, Azure AZ-104, AWS Solution Architect, VMware Certified Professional would be an advantage
5 Yrs or above related working experience in IT infrastructure support
Familiar with TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN architecture and routing, cloud networking
Solid experience on server hardware, SAN, firewall, switching, routing, wireless, network access control system, IPSec VPN or SDWAN
Solid experience in larger scale IT infrastructure and network design, implementation, and maintenance
Experience in Microsoft products, virtualization technology, cloud infrastructure, server management, SAN management, network switch and routing management, VPN, encryption technology, backup & recovery solution, infrastructure monitoring
Knowledge of network security systems and their functionalities
Solid Experience in office IOT, AV equipment setup, management and operation
Solid Experience in Property Remote Office IT facility and AV equipment setup, management and operation
Solid Experience in office renovation, cabling and IT Server Room setup project is a must
Strong team player, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and good problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, quick learner and strong sense of responsibility
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
