Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st level system support and helpdesk support;
• Assist setting up workstation & computer equipment for end users;
• Assist Senior System Engineer and System Administrator on daily system operation;
• House keeping all TIT resources (hardware & software inventory);
• Assist in System Setup, Testing & Proof of Concept preparation;
• Assist in both internal & external projects.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in IT or related discipline;
• 1-3 years hands-on experience in System & Helpdesk Support;
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365, Window Server, Linus, Virtualization such as VMware vSphere is preferred;
• Certificate in MCSE / MCITP / CCNA / ITIL is a plus;
• Good working attitude with strong communication & inter-personal skills;
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus.
