Responsibilities:

• To provide EUC day-to-day support, inclusive of Office IT systems, PC hardware / software / connectivity and BYOD users; and
• To assist the VDI Project deployment includes user management, profile migration, data migration, troubleshooting and inventory management

 Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in EUC support;
• Hands on experience in VDI (VMWare), Microsoft Office and Outlook Applications (troubleshooting & problem solving) and VPN
• Familiar with PC / Laptop / Phone / Mobile phone / Thin Client;
• Service to Senior Management experience is a plus
• Good analytical, PC / device trouble shooting, and problem solving skills;
• Good interpersonal skill and a good team player
• Mature, dynamic, work independent and self-motivated
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus.
