Job Description
Entry Salary: HK$23,300
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end-user on the IT related facilities and services
- Perform routine IT operations including computer setup, hardware & software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Responsible to work according to the shift duty assigned and/or pager support roster for 24/7 technical support to hospital users
- Handle the user requests according to the IT standards/procedures/guidelines
- Shift duty is required
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Information Technology or related discipline is required
- Certification holder of CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSE, ITIL will be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk and End-User support
- Hands-on experience in IT equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Flexible and able to work both in team and independently
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken in both Cantonese and English
