Job Responsibilities
To support Group Strategy Director to drive CEO’s strategic agenda in all regions with respective to the following functions:

• Transformation Management: Collaborate with different departments to identify and deliver critical transformation initiatives in order to sustain the top player positioning ranked by customers as well as to differentiate our corporation from other competitors, through vertical integration in the long term
• Strategic Planning and Performance Management: Coordinate with business functions to develop functional plans with respect to the business targets; Monitor execution of functional plans against defined business targets according to the annual review cadence and assess major deviations
• Investment Evaluation: Review and summarize investment portfolio to support CEO in decision making
• General Support to CEO: Ensure the CEO is fully informed on the latest business performances on a regular basis and provide overall support to CEO’s on day-to-day decision making 

• University degree in Accounting/Finance, Operations Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in driving process/operations improvement and IT system implementation projects
• Management/Operations consulting experience is advantage
• Good project management and stakeholder management skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Strong change and transformation orientation mindset. Embrace changes and overcomes challenges
• Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership in driving project completion
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, basic communication in Putonghua (preferably)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
