Responsibilities:

• Involve and support the SAP HRIS changeover
• Prepare related documentation; assist in system configuration, data input, checking and conversion
• Maintain HR system to ensure all data are up-to-date and accurate
• Perform UAT with test case/data preparation
• Gather regular reports, forms and HR related data
• Perform C&B and other HR duties as assigned  

• Degree in Human Resources Management / Information Technology or a related discipline
• At least 1 year’s hands-on experience in HRIS implementation and roll outs, preferably gained in property management industry or sizeable organizations
• With payroll calculation and administration experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel skills such as Pivot Table is definitely an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal kills
• Numeric sensitive, detailed minded and able to meet tight deadline
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
