Responsibilities:

• Carry out data centre operational tasks according to shift schedule or at required timeframe, and work in shift to support the operation in 7x24 mode
• Handle customer escalated issues, conduct necessary fault classification, diagnosis, isolation, coordination with Tier 2/3 support to render the incident resolved and recovering of services
• Perform operation related alarm monitoring, system performance monitoring and health checking to ensure system/services availability and proper functioning of supporting services
• Perform operation related tasks, (Eg: Job submission, account admin or maintenance task), task result validation, task result recording and escalating / handling the outstanding issues
• Execute or assist the execution of the maintenance activities. This may include execution of command, monitoring or progress, result, deployment of software modules, issue group message. 

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 2 year of working experiences in IT operation 
• Knowledge in OpenVMS, Linux, Windows and network is preferred
• Knowledge in MS Office is preferred
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Shift duty is required (12 hours per shift, 44 hour per week)
• Fresh graduate will be considered as Associate Operator
