Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with service order and project management team for daily service order fulfillment and follow up the order processing status;
- Maintain good network resources assignment record and prepare related report for capacity monitoring;
- Perform network data configuration work and ensure the completeness and correctness of service order requirements;
- Perform other administrative support and urgent requests from clients or superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
- 2 years' working experience in IT networking;
- Good knowledge in TCP/IP networking, switch, routers, DNS, ets;
- Experience in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting;
- Can work independently under limited supervision;
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required;
- Good communication skills.
