Job Description
Responsibilities
- Mobilize & lead project team resources/ manage stakeholders/ regular communication
- Organize meetings, workshops & trainings
- Direct the coordination, implementation, execution, control, deployment and implementation of the project
- Deliver the project according to the project plan and budget
- Monitor and report progress
- Manage risk and issues initiating actions to solve problems and avoid reoccurrence proactively
- Establish effective project processes and collaboration
- Ensure project execution is aligned with the ISS Global PMO Framework
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in MNC
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is preferred
- Experience in delivering transformation and change projects
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project or related project management software
- Proactive, innovative and professional business sense
- Strong analytical mind, people management skill and able to work under pressure
- Excellence presentation and interpersonal skills with business sense
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
