• Project management for data business service delivery, including IEPL/IPLC, IDC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit and etc.
• Manage and provide regular progress update during the project lifecycle for new circuit installation, upgrade, and relocation etc.
• Coordinate with domestic China Mobile Company and business partner/vendor to deliver the service on time.
• Conduct risk management, procedure optimization and escalate all outstanding issue during provisioning stage.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with customers, internal teams.
• Work with overseas customers during non-office hour if necessary.
• Coordinate with internal parties to enhance the quality level if necessary.
• Consolidate, revise and update internal reports weekly and monthly.

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Technical background such as CCNA, CCNP, IP networking skills will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
