Responsibilities:

• To collaborate with Account Managers to recommend and propose appropriate solutions and offer services to customer.
• To participant in the whole pre-sales cycle, including customer meeting, user requirement study, design, presentation, demonstration, proposal and the RFP/bidding phases.
• To work closely with internal Engineers and external Suppliers.
• To design and deliver internal training, experience and knowledge to Overseas Support.
• To work as a team and share solution knowledge regularly.
• To formulate and implement market development strategies, prepare related policies and guideline, etc.
• To support ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in IT/ Engineering/ Telecommunications or related disciplines
• 3-5+ years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry
• Hold of professional certification is definitely an advantage
• Familiar with Telecom products such as IPLC/IEPL/MPLS VPN/SDWAN/DIA/IP Transit.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users and understand their requests and requirements
• Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to do problem solving and troubleshooting alone.
• Good in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English and Mandarin.
