1. Collaborate with the Research and Development team to design and develop BATS network coding suite of products to meet market and customer needs. Conduct prototyping, testing, and proof-of-concept trials. Manage product improvements, reliability, maintainability, and life cycles.

3. Liaise and work closely with third party partners/manufacturers on product testing, quality assurance, and implementation for product launch and commercialization. 
4. Conduct market assessment on sizing, competition, eco-system, and value chain. Define product strategy, pricing, and roadmap. 
5. Assist business development team to prepare response to product/solution enquiries. 
6. Prepare product information and specifications documentation for customers.
7. Perform cost efficiency and return on investment analysis and identify effective ways to minimize cost, improve quality and reliability of products.

1. BSc Degree or master’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering
2. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in IP communications, wireless, and 5G cellular network
3. Well versed with different communication networking protocols
4. Knowledge of the relevant industry standards, quality and reliability concepts, and practices
5. Creative and passionate about creating products/solutions to networking problems
6. Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
7. Some travel requirements when required
8. Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
